RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.2623 of 2019, dated 22.02.2019 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. N. ANANDAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2623 of 2019 on 22.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2623 of 2019 on 22.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ investigation is still pending.
