The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the fourth respondent from demolishing the petitioner's construction situated in Survey No.7/1 of Manachanallur Village, Trichy District, by implementing the order of the fourth respondent dated 03.01.2022 pending revision application preferred by the petitioner before the respondents 1 and 2.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the compound wall, which is alleged to have been constructed on the Government Punjai land, has been demolished by the Authority concerned.
3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, if any revision is pending, it is open to the petitioner to agitate all the points available to her, including the so-called illegal demolition, before the Authority concerned, who is expected to pass a reasoned order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
