SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5514 of 2017, dated 17.05.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying the condition from 04.06.2017 to till date and further submitted that after completing investigation, charge https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ sheet has been filed in the case.

4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is fully relaxed. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
