Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. S.T.SASIDHARAN TAMILKANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 1537 of 2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in para 7(a) of the order, it has been inadvertently typed as Rs.1,90,000/- instead of Rs.1,09,000/- . Hence he seeks for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ modification.

3. Accepting the submissions, the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.1,09,000/- (Rupees One lakh and Nine thousand only) to the Credit in Crime No.936 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II,Madurai and the time is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically.
