ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by first respondent herein, wherein a direct payment was ordered to the petitioner's College in view of pendency of several civil litigations. It is brought to my notice that the administration of the said College has now been handed over, by an order of this Court on 23.05.2022. When the administration has already been taken over by a retired Judge of this Court, there is no reason to interfere in the order passed by the Educational authorities, at the instance of the Secretary of the educational agency. No further orders are required in the present writ petition.

2. Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 11.07.2022 Index :
