This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to withdraw the case in Crime No.120/2015, dated 20.04.2015, on the file of the Respondent No.1, based on the complaint given by the petitioner and Transfer the investigation from the 1st respondent to any other Police Officer in Dindigul and file the final report. ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to withdraw the case in Crime No.120/2015, dated 20.04.2015, on the file of the Respondent No.1, based on the complaint given by the petitioner and Transfer the investigation from the 1st respondent to any other Police Officer in Dindigul and file the final report.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that investigation is over and the 1st respondent is awaiting for Community Certificates, from the Tahsildar.

3. The 1st Respondent is directed to get the Community Certificate from the Tahsildar, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, file the final report, within four weeks, based upon the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
