RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay 166 days in filing the above petition to set aside the order dated 09/09/2016 in CRP.No.2080 of 2013. Prayer in CRP(MD). 2080/ 2013 :

To set aside the fair and decretal order dated 26.09.2013 passed by the District Munsif Court, Sivagangai in I.A.No.491/2013 in O.S.No.114/2008 and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.N.GOVARDHANAN, Advocate for the petitioners and Respondent not appeared in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. There is no representation on behalf of the respondent on the earlier occasion and even today also, there is no representation.

2. Even through the delay is on the higher side, to meet the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ ends of justice, the delay of 166 days is condoned and this petition

is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees Thousand Five hundred only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
