RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time to execute the surety and deposit a sum of Rs.91,000/- before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi as per the order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23757 of 2016 dated 07.06.2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.THALAIMUTHARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23757 of 2016, dated 07.06.2017, for executing sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner fell ill and hospitalized, he could not produce the sureties in time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the said submission.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner fell ill, this petition is ordered and the time for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

executing the sureties is extended for a further period of ten days ie., on or before 19.01.2018.
