2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a chronic diabetic patient for that he was hospitalized for the past one month. So, he could not able to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ arrange the sureties within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the

sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered, the time for executing the sureties and for appearance of the petitioner before the concerned Magistrate Court is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
