RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time in order dated 12.12.2013 in Crl.OP(MD)No. 21449/2013 for his appearance to execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate-11, Kuzhithurai Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K. RAJESHWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21449 of 2013, dated 12.12.2013, for executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was suffering by stroke, for that he was taking ayurvedic treatment at Kerala. So, he could not able to arrange the sureties within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties and for appearance of the petitioner before the concerned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate Court is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
