ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2023 to probe and estop the unconstitutional preliminary enquiry conducted by the second Respondent in CSR.No.1007/2023.

2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this is a case of matrimonial dispute. A complaint was given by the wife of the Petitioner herein before the All Women Police Station, Coimbatore, based on which the Petitioner herein moved the Principal Bench of this Court. There are directions against the Respondents in that case.

3.While so, the wife of the Petitioner had now given a fresh complaint before the second Respondent, which is nothing but violation of the directions 2/5

given by the Principal Bench of this Court. Therefore, he seeks directions to the Respondents not to harass the Petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the second Respondent, submits that the Petitioner herein had appeared before the second Respondent and furnished the details. The Respondent/complainant before the second Respondent is to be enquired and after enquiry, the petition will be closed.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
