Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S. SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11904 of 2017, dated 18.09.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying the condition regularly, without any deviation. He further submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.25 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shenkottai.

4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner, is fully relaxed. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
