ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, placing reliance upon the resolution passed by the Village Panchayat followed by his representation made dated 02.12.2020, seeks removal of the TASMAC shop. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the shop was closed three months back and now it has been reopened for the reasons known to the respondents.

3.The law is quite settled on the legal impact of such a resolution.

However, taking note of the pendency of the representation made by the petitioner before the respondent No.2, dated 02.12.2020, without expressing anything on merits, we call upon the respondent No.2 to look into the same and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
