2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.LAWRANCE, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.857 of 2018, dated 24.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition from 02.02.2018 to till date. Further submitted that charge sheet has not been filed in this case. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
