2017 Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C. SUSIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- These Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.6122 to 6124 of 2017, dated 18.05.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
