3.The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side are considered. Previously, at the time of passing an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1728 of 2018, dated 05.02.2018, this Court

directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 5.00 p.m for a period of three weeks. Now, without any specific reason, this application has been filed by the petitioners to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.1728 of 2018. So, considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners, the earlier condition fixed by this Court is not an exclusive one. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
