When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that the third appellant passed away and no one come forward to provide the details of the legal representatives of the deceased third appellant. Further, the other appellants also not provided any instruction. Therefore, he has filed a memo, dated 25.08.2023, stating that he has no instruction from the appellants.
