W.P(MD).No.2204 of 2012 PRAYER: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from engaging the other State workers in the 4 to 7 respondents establishment in violation of the law.

ORDER

The relief sought for the in the present writ petition is to forbear the respondents from engaging the other State workers in the establishment of the respondents 4 to 7.

2.The fact remains that the respondents 4 to 7 are the Private Companies. The writ petitioner is a Labour Union. The relief sought for is to direct the respondents 4 to 7, who all are the Private Companies. Thus, this Writ Petition is not entertainable and in the event of any grievances, the petitioner are bound to approach the competent forum for the purpose of redressal their grievances. However, this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot be maintained or a direction in this regard can be issued, such a genuine direction as such sought for has not entertained. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
