This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.191 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the F.I.R, registered in Crime No.191 of 2015, after completing the investigation, was closed as mistake of fact on 17.08.2015. Hence, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
