Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, directing the first respondent to issue a direction to withdraw the case in Crime No. 92 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent police and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for investigation for fair and free investigation and file a final report before the concern Jurisdictional Magistrate Court within the time fixed by this Court.

This Criminal Original petition has been filed the first respondent to issue a direction to withdraw the case in Crime No. 92 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent police and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for investigation for fair and free investigation and file a final report before the concern Jurisdictional Magistrate Court within the time fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and final report before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate, Thirumangalam and the same has also been taken cognizance in PRC No. 14 of 2019 the same is pending for committal proceedings. The statement is recorded.
