This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to call for the records pertaining to the case in C.C.No.458 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and quash the charge sheet and consequential further proceedings.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that C.C.No.458 of 2009 itself was disposed on 11.08.2014. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
