K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11402 of 2017, dated 04.09.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying the condition from 18.09.2017 to till https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ date. He further submitted that charge sheet has not been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the present condition is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court monthly once, i.e., first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
