PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 6th respondent herein in proceedings Nil dated 10.01.2009 and the consequential proceedings issued by the 5th Respondent District Educational Officer in Na.Ka.No.125/A3/2010 dated 05.09.2011, quash the same, and further direct the respondents herein, to reinstate the petitioner into service as BT Assistant in the 6th Respondent School namely Sri Renuga Hindu High School with all attendant benefits including salary.

ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has filed a memo dated 24.06.2021 through e-mail in which it has been stated as follows:- "1. I am the counsel on record for the writ petitioner in the above writ petition. After filing the writ petition, the writ petitioner was reinstated and the suspension period from 20.12.2008 to 19.07.2012 is regularized along with salary. Therefore, nothing subsists for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition." 2.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
