Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1488 of 2018, dated 31.01.2018, for executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to illness of the petitioner, he could not able to arrange the sureties within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
