ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.18 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police Station .

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.18 of 2022, a final report has been filed, which has been taken on file in C.C.No.13 of 2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and the next date of hearing is fixed on 19.11.2025 for appearance of the accused persons.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
