Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.INDRACHITHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1885 of 2018, dated 07.02.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner is complying with the condition from 10.02.2018 to till

date. He further submitted that charge sheet has not been filed in this case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the present condition is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
