ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue permit to his Auto bearing Registration No.TN58 S 8679.

2. Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, by relying on a letter received from the second respondent/the Regional Transport Officer, Madurai dated 28.05.2023 submits that while scrutinizing the records of the petitioner's vehicle, the validity of the following documents have expired:

She further submits that if the petitioner submits the valid records of his vehicle and original RC book along with the prescribed fee in the prescribed form, it would be considered without any further delay.

Considering the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit the valid documents in the prescribed form along with the required fee, before the second respondent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the such documents, the second respondent shall consider the same and issue permit to the petitioner's vehicle within a period of two weeks from thereon.
