2. The petitioner alleges that in the petition-mentioned channels, there are encroachments.

3. The fifth respondent took cognizance of the said complaint. He had requested the third respondent to conduct survey and to issue Form I. The third respondent is directed to issue notices to all the stake holders and conduct survey. Based on such survey results, 2/4

If encroachments are noticed, they will be cleared within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
