The learned Counsel for the first respondent Municipality submits that the shop in dispute has been auctioned in the year 2018 and one Mr.Narayanan is the successful bidder who is running the said hotel. Though the petitioner's name has printed, no one is appeared.

2. Considering the above said facts, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
