This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records of the 2nd respondent, learned Sub Divisional Magistratecum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Usilampatti, Madurai District, vide his proceedings in M.C.No.28 of 2015/AA4, dated 09.06.2015 and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
