ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the second accused, in Crime No.186 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 307 IPC and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.According to the defacto complainant, the brother of the defacto complainant was attacked by the petitioner and six others. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that A1, A3 and A6 were arrested and due to land dispute, the accused have attacked with aruval and wooden log and injured had already been discharged from the hospital.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, Tiruchirappalli District, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 until further orders. 6.
