The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus restraining the respondents 1 to 3 herein from acting upon the application made by the fourth respondent, who claims himself to be the Secretary of the Trust, by considering the petitioner's representation/objection dated 08.09.2025.

2. From the allegations in the writ affidavit, it could be seen that there is a rival claim between the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein with regard to the administration of an educational institution by a trust. The fourth respondent has raised his objections before the respondents 1 to 3.
3. The writ petition has been filed forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from acting upon the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent. A Mandamus cannot be issued as against the respondents 1 to 3 herein restraining them from performing their office functions. In case, if the respondents 1 to 3 are considering the objections raised by the fourth respondent, an opportunity may be granted to the petitioner before passing interim orders.
4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
