This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in O.S.No.59 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Chennai.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner was only called https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ for enquiry and there is no harassment by the 2nd respondents
police. Further, the respondent did not interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner.
3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
