When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that pending the Writ Petition, the parties have amicably settled the matter and based on the settlement, patta has been granted in the name of the petitioner / R.Yasinbegam and he has also produced the proceedings passed by the second respondent in Roc.A6/5089/2020, dated 13.08.2020 and further submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in the matter.
