ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking Mandamus directing the second respondent to rectify the mistake that has been crept in with regard to patta No.212.

2. According to the writ petitioner, he is the owner of the property in Survey Nos.100/1, 96/3, 96/9 and 99/1, for which, patta was granted in patta No.212.

3. However, without any order being passed, suddenly for all the four survey numbers, patta was granted in favour of the one Rasu in the same patta number.

4. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said mistake has been crept in while transferring pattas from manual to computer.

5. Though the third respondent has been served and appeared through counsel, there is no representation today.

6. Looking into the contention of the writ petitioner, it is clear that the Tahsildar has transferred the patta standing in the name of the writ petitioner to the name of the third respondent.

7. Though it has been contended that it is clearly a mistake while transferring it from manual to computer, it cannot be decided by this Court.

In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) and file an application to ventilate his grievance and in case, such an application is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of filing of such an application after giving due opportunity to the third respondent herein.

9. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 05.08.2022 Index :
