ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.2 to 4 to conduct an enquiry on the petitioners complaint, dated 25.11.2019 in accordance with law and dispose the same within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No. 1030 of 2020 25.11.2019 due enquiry has been conducted in C. No. N. Ref. 01/S5 P.S/2020 and the same has been closed. The statement is recorded.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
