This Writ Petition was filed for a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the parties. 1/4
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on written instructions received from the first respondent, submitted that there are civil litigations pending between the parties and that the respondent police do not intend to interfere with the said dispute.
