ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner has given a representation for deleting the name of of a temple in the petition mentioned revenue record. The petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before the second respondent. 3.The second respondent is directed to pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
