PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent No.1, to forbear the respondent Nos.2 and 3 from in any way harassing the petitioner and her family members or threatening her to vacate the property and to further, direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to involve into the civil dispute which is already pending before the competent Civil Court.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to forbear the respondents 2 and 3 from harassing the writ petitioner or her family in any manner threatening them to vacate the property.

2.According to the learned Counsel for the writ petitioner, the matter has been resolved and as of now, there is no threat from the respondents 2 and 3.
