A perusal of the records shows that the learned counsel for the appellants filed a memo dated 16.03.2021 that he has 'no instructions' from the appellants. The said memo is recorded.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants pointed out that the second appellant is no more and the sole respondent also died.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent also reported no instructions.
