ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 20/09/2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in OS No.170 of 2011, on or before 31.12.2022, and the requisition letter dated 07/02/2023 in D.No.46/2023, submitted by the District Munsif, Melur, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.170 of 2011.

2. This Court has already disposed the Writ Petition, by the order, dated 20.09.2022 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.170 of 2011, on or before 31.12.2022. Now, the Court below requests further time of six months to dispose of the said case.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 07.02.2023, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, time is extended till 31.08.2023 for disposing the case in O.S.No.170 of 2011.
