2. the petitioner has merely stated that the Inspector of Police, Teppakulam Police Station and he has not given details about the crime number and the other details of police station viz law and order etc.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) is not able to get correct details for want of correct police station and crime number.

4. In view of the above this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. With liberty to file a fresh application by giving correct particulars.
