Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner had given a complaint dated 24.12.2021. Since it was not acted upon, the petitioner filed this writ petition. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government counsel submitted that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and closed. If that be so, the third respondent is obliged to serve a copy of the closure report on the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate legal measures. The petitioner can even file a private complaint before the jurisdictional magistrate. Of course, the petitioner has to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
conform to the procedure set out in Cr.PC. With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
