ORDER: This Criminal Miscellaneous Peteition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.A.ROBINSON,GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE(CRL SIDE),Government Advocate for the respondents and this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 13.02.2019 made in Crl.A(MD)No.22 of 2019.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.22 of 2019 on 13.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
