ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that FIR came to be registered in Crime No.12 of 2023 dated 10.01.2023 for the offences under Sections 465, 467, 468, 420, 294(b) and 506(1) IPC against the two persons including the petitioner herein and that another petition in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.20659 of 2022 is pending before this Court, in which, the 2/6

petitioner is the third respondent and the case stands posted on 23.01.2023.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that meanwhile by taking advantage of the pongal holidays, the respondents police will arrest the petitioner.

5. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to act as per the ruling of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar and another reported in [2014 (8) SCC 273].

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
