Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for R1 & R2.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to R3 & R4 is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner's husband had passed away. The petitioner's child was taken care of by the private respondents. Seeking custody of the child, the petitioner gave a complaint. Pursuant to the complaint, custody of the child has been now given to the petitioner. However, issues are raised regarding visitation rights. It is for the parties to work out their rights before the jurisdictional Court. The second respondent shall keep away from the dispute hereafter.
