JUDGMENT
When the matter came up for hearing on 20.01.2021, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the sole appellant passed away as early as on 14.02.2018 itself.
2. Today, there is no representation for the appellant. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 is present.
3. Though the appellant died as early as on 14.02.2018 itself, till date, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.
