ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to confirm the auction that was conducted on 27.01.2012, in which the petitioner was the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.2550 of 2012 successful bidder relating to the fishery rights of Valavanthan Kanmai. A perusal of the auction notification indicates that the auction was covering the period between 30.01.2012 and 30.06.2012. Since the period has lapsed, nothing survives in the present writ petition.
