Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, any other writ, direction or order in the nature of writ, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent pertaining to his order in Na.Ka.No.1251/Ee2/2020, wrongly stated as dated 27-02-2019, but initialled and signed on 04-03-2020, on his file, quash the same directing the respondents to relax for the petitioners wife, K.Vijayalakshmi Amma of Pension Payment Order in P.P.O No.C110520/EDG, the rule for production of group certificate, as stated in order dated 10-10-2009 of this Honourable Court in WP.No.33769/2006 on its file, regularize her service as sewing Mistress, from the date of her appointment in service, that is, 1411-1973 and pay to the petitioner, her family pension all monetory benefits including arrears, calculated on that basis, within a time to be fixed by this Court.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the order dated 19.08.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.9535 of 2020 has been complied with and the Chief Educational Officer, Kanyakumari District passed an order in proceedings dated 06.04.2022.

2. Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
