2017 registered on the file of respondent police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.M.VISHNUVARTHANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1457 of 2018, dated 31.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners are complying with the condition from 11.02.2018 to till https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ date. He further submitted that charge sheet has been filed in this case.

4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners, the condition already imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders, is fully relaxed. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
